1. Project Overview
The Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) is a flagship initiative aimed at ensuring Functional Household Tap Connections (FHTC) to every rural household. The program focuses on providing safe and adequate drinking water, improving public health, and reducing the burden on women and children who traditionally collect water from distant sources. ISD played a key role in supporting the implementation and community engagement under this mission, contributing to improved access to clean drinking water in rural areas.
